Optional Dinner On Friday, February 14th the Norton Thoracic Institute will host an optional dinner for attendees and their families. Cost of the dinner is included in the attendees’ registration. Family members are welcome for a small fee. For guests 21 years of age and older there is an additional $100/person charge while guests under 21 years of age are an additional $75/person. Dinner will be held at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa.
